|Recommended: NoWindow Leak Not Repaired — A cosmetic fix didn’t take care of the physical problem of water entering the apartment through the window frame.
Also the wall is so saturated that the repair became damaged within in hours. Ask Erwin regarding this.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing with your windows. Please be assured that we are making every effort to correct this issue. We are currently working with contractors to determine the best way to proceed. We hope that you are finding everything else to your satisfaction in your new home.

|Recommended: YesIts Absolutely Amazing And Just What I Wanted. — I would tell everyone even strangers about how wonderful it is living here at greenbriar apartments. it super close to 695 and all other major transportation. I lived here before and I made a huge mistake of leaving but I'm moved back as fast as I could and will be here for a long time. I really love Joan the property manager she is super caring and sweet and everyone is so nice and very professional. the peace and quiet is priceless. the value of what you get for that for you pay is unbeatable. I would always recommend this community.

I had an issue with my apartment she went above beyond to make sure it was resolved. The property inside out is very clean. Maintenance does a great job. I just renewed my lease for another 2 years.This is a great place to call home.

|Recommended: YesGreat Customer Service Ms. Joan — I recently submitted a survey on Ms. Joan and I had it backwards and I want to take the time out to say sorry to her. She has been nothing but great to me and always professional. Anytime I call she always pick up and solve my issues. She is the best leasing consultant I ever had . I truly speak highly of her, and am sorry I had the views backwards I was at work on break trying to hurry up and finish it.

|Recommended: YesHidden Gem — I love the Greenbriar My apartment has a great deal of living space and ample amount of storage space which was a bonus. I have only had to call maintenance for small issues a few times and they always respond in a quick amount of time. Parking isn't a problem and the grounds are well kept. I feel safe and at home in my apartment.

|Recommended: YesThis Turned Out Great — My husband, son and I ventured to look for a new apartment a year ago. A friend referred us to the Greenbriar. It was a perfect fit. The managing staff, JOAN, has been wonderful and always meets our needs, if any concerns arIse. Workers have been cordial and always attentive to the residents request. It is an enjoyment to not look for parking every night. To arrive to a quiet, secure, well kept home, with wonderful neighbors and effective management, makes life a whole lot easier. This turned out great.
